Qualifications\n

Responsibilities include:\n

• Administer Occupational Therapy via home care services
\n
• Establish and carry out a plan of care
\n
• Communicate effectively to interdisciplinary team members
\n
• Case management
\n

\n
Position Requirements:\n
\n

\n
• Must have a Valid California Occupational Therapist License
\n
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
\n
• Must Possess Clinical, Organizational, and Communication Skills
\n
• Home Health experience a plus
\n
