• Options for full-time or part-time roles at a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Phone call responsibilities are limited to just two weeks per year
• Outpatient-only practice with a patient load of 18 to 23 per day
• Join a collaborative team of 9 primary care providers within a respected community health organization
• Focus on adult patients; pediatric care is optional for family medicine practitioners
• Proficiency in Spanish, Farsi, or Russian is advantageous but not mandatory
• Board certification or eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine is required
