Restoration Services Field TechnicianTasks & Duties

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Ensure timely and efficient service by adhering to a route schedule and prioritizing safe driving practices

  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service issues, solutions, and timelines

  • Complete all necessary service documentation

  • Maintain tools, diagnostic equipment, and service vehicle inventory

  • Follow company safety procedures and driving policies

  • Work closely with Project Managers on multiple jobs including water, mold, and fire damage.

  • Inspect, evaluate, and document water damaged properties.

  • Perform on-site services including, water removal, removal of damaged flooring/drywall and setting drying equipment to dry-out the affected building.Cleaning, hauling debris and crawlspace/attic work are also required at times.

  • Will be required to work on call shifts and overtime

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Must maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely

  • Must be able to follow directions in a timely manner

  • Must have a desire to learn and grow

  • Must be able to perform overhead tasks, as well as tasks that include frequent bending and stooping or ladders.

  • Must have a clean driving record in order to operate company vehicles.

  • Must pass background, mvr, and drug screenings.

  • Day Shift, 8 am to 5 pm

  • Monday - Friday

Restoration Services Field TechnicianQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Restoration Services Field Technician experience preferred

  • GED / High School Diploma

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Current and valid Drivers License

  • Ability to life, push, pull, and carry 75 pounds

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in varying conditions
