Job Description
RN Home Health - 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Duration: 13 weeks (extension possible)

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs
Patient Service Area:
Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license
Minimum 1-2 years RN experience in a clinical care setting
Minimum 2 years Home Health experience
Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) - Required
OASIS documentation experience - Required
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Clinical Skills
Disease and medication management
Wound care and wound vac management
PICC line care
Lab draws
Urinary catheter changes and maintenance
Ability to manage a home health caseload independently
Preferred
CHPN certification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Education Requirements
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma - Required
BSN - Preferred
