Warehouse Associate

We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associates to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support various warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and material movement, while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and safety. We have multiple shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• General Material Handling: Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments safely.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Stocking & Organizing: Move products to designated storage areas and ensure shelves are neatly organized and replenished.
• Inventory Support: Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and perform basic cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
• Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized workspace by removing debris and ensuring walkways remain clear of hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift in varying temperatures.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately read pick tickets, SKU numbers, and shipping labels.
• Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
• Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
