Position: Radiology Technologist I

Location: Redding, CA

Department: Radiology

Available Shifts: Days & Nights - Per Diem

Salary Range: $910.00 – $1,120.00 per shift (base gross), based on a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule; equivalent to $65.00 – $80.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic radiographic procedures in line with departmental protocols and relevant regulations (HFAP, TJC, CMS, state, and federal)
  • Act as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and addressing their imaging needs
  • Engage in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) initiatives
  • Process and transmit radiographic images to the PACS system
Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

  • Current CRT certification issued by CDPH is required
  • Fluoroscopy permit from CDPH must be obtained
  • Venipuncture certification is necessary
  • ARRT-R certification is mandatory
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations is essential
  • Current BCLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is required
Compensation Transparency

Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range of $65.00 to $80.00 per hour for this role. This estimate is specific to California and may vary in other locations. The final compensation offered will be determined during the hiring process, taking into account various factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
