Outpatient Psychiatry in Ohio - $400,825 base salary!
Job Description
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to become a part of our hospital-based Psychiatric team.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Option #1: A base salary of $331,850* (50th percentile MGMA for recent graduates) with additional earnings based on experience, guaranteed for two years. This can transition to a wRVU production contract upon surpassing targets.
Option #2: A base salary of $400,825* (75th percentile MGMA) guaranteed for the first year, after which it will convert to a wRVU production contract.
* A 5% reduction applies for those who are not yet board certified, with salary adjustments made upon certification.
Additional Benefits of the 2-Year Contract Include:
Vacation: 29 days of paid time off (PTO). An extra 5 days of PTO is available upon achieving 75th percentile wRVUs.
CME/Books & Journals: 5 days of PTO and up to $5,000 for continuing medical education.
Deferred Compensation: Participation in a 457b plan, allowing deferral of up to $24,500 annually before taxes, with no matching contributions.
Retirement/Savings Plan: A 403b plan where you can defer up to $24,500 annually before taxes if under 50 years old, and $31,000 if over 50. Our organization matches contributions dollar for dollar up to 2% of base salary.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 provided for moving expenses.
Malpractice Insurance: Coverage under a claims-made policy, providing $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 aggregate.
Health Insurance: A small premium is deducted from the physician's paycheck.
Liquidated Damages: A non-compete clause of 70 miles for two years, or liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s salary.
Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 available ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment).
Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000 (requires a service commitment of up to two years).
Sign-On Bonus: 15% of the base salary, capped at $100,000 (paid upon signing the contract and forgiven over 2-4 years based on the bonus amount).
Bonus Incentives: Attractive bonus opportunities of up to 10% of salary.

Office Hours/Work Schedule:
Office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
On-call rotation is 1:6.
