Job Opportunity on the Pacific Coast

This position is located along the stunning Pacific Coast, close to Santa Barbara, showcasing some of the most beautiful landscapes that California has to offer.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
• Enjoy a 4.5-day work week with 6 weeks of paid time off each year

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a low patient load of 16 to 18 patients daily
• Each physician will have the support of a dedicated medical assistant

Contract Options

• Flexible contract terms available: choose from 1, 2, or 3-year agreements

Compensation

• Attractive base salary or a productivity-based pay structure
• Additional earnings available for supervising mid-level providers

Qualifications

• Open to board-certified or board-eligible candidates in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
