Compensation
  • Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
  • Base pay can reach up to $20.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering automotive services efficiently while ensuring high-quality customer service. Associates will receive training to achieve Level I certification.

  • Assist customers in a sales-oriented environment with their purchases.
  • Use computer systems to check product inventory levels and arrival dates. Employ the VAST system to create work orders, schedule services, and communicate with the service department.
  • Clarify work orders and invoices for customers.
  • Handle Retail Cashier duties, including processing customer payments.
  • Install batteries, balance wheels, and repair or install tires as needed.
  • Conduct oil changes following LOF procedures when necessary.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
  • Interpret vehicle inspection results and provide suitable service recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in auto repair is preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is also preferred.
