Job Description
Our organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician with obstetrics experience in Modesto, CA.
Position Overview:
Initial base salary: $300,000
Salary guarantee for two years
Signing bonus and loan repayment options available
Role includes serving as faculty for a newly accredited Family Medicine residency program
Compensation model based on RVUs starting in the second year
Electronic Health Record system: Epic

Qualifications
Core Faculty Member Requirements:
Must hold and maintain current certification from the American Board of Family Medicine
Exhibit a strong commitment to resident education
Allocate adequate time to the Residency Program to meet supervisory and teaching obligations
Engage in faculty development annually to improve skills in education, quality enhancement, patient safety, physician wellness, and patient care through practice-based learning
Stay informed about the latest program-specific requirements
Possess current medical licensure and appropriate medical staff privileges
Maintain active clinical practice
Preferred: Evidence of ongoing academic contributions in the specialty, such as publications, educational program development, or research activities
Must be licensed to practice medicine in California
Preferred: Experience in faculty roles, leadership, and administrative skills
