Hospitalist | Boston Area | 7-On/7-Off Schedule

Our organization, a respected healthcare facility in the Boston region, is on the lookout for a Hospitalist to become a part of its inpatient medicine team. This role offers a consistent 7-on/7-off work schedule.

The Opportunity

• Deliver exceptional inpatient care as part of a collaborative hospital medicine program.

• Enjoy a 7-on/7-off schedule that ensures reliable time off.

• Oversee patient admissions, daily inpatient management, discharges, and care coordination.

• Work closely with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and advanced practice providers.

• Engage in initiatives focused on quality, safety, patient throughput, and overall patient experience.

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO with an accredited Internal Medicine residency completed.

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

• Must be eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.

• Previous hospitalist experience is preferred; however, qualified residents may also be considered.
