Job Details- Work schedule: 4 days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM
- Patient load: 18 to 20 patients daily
- Setting: Rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Required experience: Women’s health, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems: OCHIN or EPI
- Experience with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma is essential
- MAT waiver is advantageous for supporting addiction treatment
- Preference for a long-term commitment of at least 5 to 6 months
