- Temporary position
- $35.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 04:30pm)
RequirementsPrevious experience as a Welding Foreman or Shop Supervisor.Strong welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of shop safety standards and PPE requirements.Ability to operate hand and power tools and work in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, organized, and committed to meeting production deadlines.
Foreman-Welding Mig- flux core Qualifications:
• Oversee daily shop operations, employee productivity, and workflow. • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and meet production deadlines. • Review project drawings and report discrepancies. • Enforce safety policies, PPE compliance, and perform routine safety inspections. • Report workplace incidents. • Inspect finished work for quality and compliance. • Ensure welding, fabrication, and installations meet company standards. • Monitor inventory of materials, tools, PPE, paint, blades, and SCH 40 pipe; notify management when supplies are low. • Minimize material waste. • Serve as the liaison between shop employees and management. • Report employee performance and communicate project updates. • Assist the crew as needed. • Open and secure the shop daily while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. • Fuel company equipment, submit receipts, and recommend process improvements to increase safety, quality, and efficiency
