• Work Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts
• Manage care for approximately 19 patients daily, spanning all age groups
• Provide services in a family practice and primary care environment
• Engage in community outreach initiatives
• Utilize a minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care
• Demonstrate comfort in working with underserved populations
• Obtain necessary hospital privileges
