Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to become part of a growing practice in the picturesque community of Cortland, New York. This position encompasses both inpatient and outpatient care, working alongside a collaborative team of certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners. The clinic follows an integrated practice model, featuring a robust internal referral system and easy access to a variety of specialists. Physicians will receive strong leadership support from an experienced Chair who actively participates in on-call duties across all OB/GYN locations, emphasizing the well-being of the medical staff.
The practice prides itself on having a stable and experienced nursing team in both inpatient (LDRP) and outpatient environments, which contributes to high-quality patient care and provider satisfaction. - Full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule

- Annual compensation ranges from $350,000 to $400,000
- Sign-on bonus available

Work Environment
Our facility, a 197-bed acute care hospital, became part of our healthcare system in February 2024. It features a surgery center, cancer center, birthing center, and provides infusion services, laboratory services, comprehensive imaging and radiology services, as well as mental health services. Additionally, we offer in-home care through a dedicated hospice and home care team. Unique to the region, we operate two mobile mammography vans, two mobile dental vans, and a mobile medical van.
