We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions while working in a collaborative and clinician-focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day (50-55 patient visits per week).
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development activities.
Foster strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient care experience.
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Virginia Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
