Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions while working in a collaborative and clinician-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatments.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day (50-55 patient visits per week).

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development activities.

• Foster strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Experience

• Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
