What We Offer
  • Full-time Employment: This role involves providing services at our clinics in Davenport and Silvis, with shared on-call responsibilities.
  • Competitive Salary: Starting compensation includes a guaranteed base of $800,000 for the first two years, transitioning to $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year.
  • Sign-On Bonus: A $150,000 commencement bonus is available.
  • Loan Assistance: Educational loan support is negotiable, with eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
  • Relocation Support: Up to $15,000 for moving expenses.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
  • Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in both Iowa and Illinois.
  • Current authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).
Work Environment

Our accredited cancer care program is seeking an additional BE/BC Hematologist Oncologist to join a dedicated team of 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, along with experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. We provide a comprehensive range of innovative treatments and educational resources, including:

  • Radiation oncology
  • Infusion services
  • Genetic testing
  • Surgical interventions (including robotic surgery)
  • Clinical trials
  • Tumor boards
  • Dietitian services
  • Cancer navigation support

Our community-based program operates clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, as well as Silvis, Illinois.
