In the role of Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and executing personalized care plans for patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes while optimizing resource use. You will collaborate closely with a committed healthcare team, delivering exceptional care and support during urgent situations.

  • Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies
  • Employ evidence-based practices in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Deliver patient education that is appropriate for age, culture, and medical condition
  • Effectively delegate patient care tasks to support staff
  • Mentor student nurses and new team members as required
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines


To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a current and active RN license in Colorado or a Compact license
  • Hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP (or be able to obtain them within designated timeframes)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • At least one year of experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care Nursing is preferred
  • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Completion of an Employee Health meeting is required before starting work
