Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Job Description
Our organization, recognized as one of the top 13 communities by U.S. News & World Report for excellence in nursing care, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. In this role, RNs will address the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential
Daily Responsibilities:
- Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities
- Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
- Developing and implementing care plans as necessary while overseeing resident care
- Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction
Qualifications for Success:
- Valid RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care
