We are currently in search of a Spanish Bilingual Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Rockwood clinic community. Ideal candidates should possess experience in telehealth and digital health or demonstrate the ability to integrate virtual care into their practice.

Our Primary Care Physicians enjoy:

• $425,000 - $495,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
• Base Salary: $246,400 to $280,000
• 21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including pension (This is a direct contribution; our organization adds an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement plans, independent of employee contributions)
• Health plan with over 90% employer coverage
• Paid annual education leave plus a $2,000 annual education allowance
• Primary Care Panel Incentive - up to $55,000
• Language Proficiency Stipend - starting at $5,000

In addition to the projected total compensation, New Hire Incentives include:
