  • Flexible scheduling available

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced therapists who are passionate about helping children achieve their developmental goals. The role offers a collaborative work environment, one-on-one patient care, and opportunities to gain experience in pediatric outpatient therapy, school-based services, feeding therapy, and adult hand therapy.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, neurological, and physical conditions.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

  • Provide one-on-one occupational therapy interventions.

  • Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and family members regarding treatment plans and home programs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Pediatric therapy experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for working with children and their families.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Must be able to commute to Monterey, CA.
