We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice in Hillsborough, NJ. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, insurance requirements, and professional standards.

Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License (or license-eligible candidates awaiting licensure).
