Job Description
In search of Associate Attorney for Plaintiff-side injury law firm. Regular, full time position. Will be working on team helping primarily with demands/settlement negotiations, mediation briefing and exhibits, discovery, case work up, court hearings etc.\n

\nExperience in any/all of the above is necessary if the candidate wants to work primarily remotely.\n
\n
\nWe are willing to fill this position with a predominantly remote employee, although some live court appearances may be required. Opportunities for hands on litigation and trial experience Including motion practice, depositions and trial work.\n
