As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also oversee the clinical activities of CNAs and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in the relevant state. An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. This certification must remain current throughout employment.
