- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Patient load: 18 to 25 patients daily, depending on the facility
- Work environment: Skilled nursing facility
- Regulatory visits required every 60 days
- Hospital privileges are necessary
- Patient demographic: Adults only
- Open to candidates from internal medicine and family medicine backgrounds
