• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.

• Employed role through a medical services group collaborating with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Oversee mid-level providers, including Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
• Focus primarily on SNF patients; no residents will be part of the care team.
• Key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, formulating treatment plans, and tracking patient outcomes.
• A California medical license is required or must be in the process of being obtained; DEA registration is also necessary.
