Position Overview:

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children with autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will ensure that:

• Client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to meaningful progress and satisfaction with our offerings. You will deliver direct services, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and oversee assigned client cases, as well as provide consultation for cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
• Your clinical team benefits from professional development opportunities tailored to their experience levels, receiving oversight, feedback, and encouragement to foster their growth into skilled Program Managers and Interventionists.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly / 110 hours monthly).
• Supervise the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
• Provide high-quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
• Oversee and document the progress of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses to develop function-based treatment plans.
• Provide constructive feedback and performance assessments to clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Deliver training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed, presenting proposed goals, objectives, and behavioral interventions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, and implementing necessary training and follow-up support.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ABA and clinical practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to consistently manage client appointments and team meetings
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity
• Effective time management skills, balancing billable and non-billable hours, as well as direct and indirect supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with clients and colleagues
• Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset, dedicated to supporting client families and colleagues
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred
