Accounts Receivable
\n • Responsible for the billing of Student Tuition of the Albany Medical College
\n • Monthly accounting for the tuition, scholarship revenue and expenses of the student tuition
\n • Monthly account reconciliations of Student Tuition Receivables and Deferred Tuition Revenue.
\n • Monthly AMC medical services provided to 3rd party medical practices
\n • Monthly billing for rent to Non AMC medical practices
\n • Monthly billing for CAM and utility charges

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• BS of Accounting, BS of Business Science, concentration in Accounting
\n

Licensure, Certification & Registration:

• Not required
\n

Experience:

\n
• 1-2 years, preferred not required
\n

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word and Teams
\n
• Familiarity with WorkDay, preferred not required
\n
• Ability to work as part of a Team as well as individually
\n
• Strong Management skills
\n
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
\n
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
