Job Duties

\n - Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians
\n - Dispatch technicians
\n - Enter technician payroll hours
\n - Process parts and service billing
\n - Create daily work orders
\n - Maintain records and files
\n - Assist other departments as needed
\n
\n
Minimum Qualifications
\n
\n - Less than 2 years related experience
\n - High school diploma or equivalent
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
\n - Excellent phone skills
\n - Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
\n - Experience with Microsoft Office
\n - Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
\n - Ability to multitask
