Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Willowbrook, IL.

\n - Minimum hours: 30 hours per week, not looking for any locum PRNs, need consistency
\n - Shifts: 8s are our priority must be able to work Fridays
\n - Credential everyone at two sites about 10 minutes apart
\n - Beeper call: Mon- Thurs: 7p-7a; Fri 7p-7a; Sat (24 hours); Sun (24 hours); Call back at their hourly rate
\n - EMR: EPIC
\n - Cases: Ortho General, endo, some major vascular and OB
\n - $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
\n - $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
\n - $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
