Administrative Assistant (Contract) - Pittsburgh, PA Location: Pittsburgh, PA Position Type: Contract / Temporary Recruiter: LHH Position Summary LHH is proactively recruiting for experienced Administrative Assistants in the Pittsburgh area. We are seeking highly organized professionals who excel at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting executives and departments, and handling a variety of administrative functions in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
Pay Details: $20.00 to $38.00 per hour

- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain files, records, and document management systems
- Support expense reporting and invoice processing
- Assist with event planning and office coordination
- Order office supplies and manage vendor communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to executives, managers, and departments
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word

- Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) preferred
