LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in the Waterbury area who has an immediate Healthcare Billing staffing need. This role is in the office 5 days/week.

Key responsibilities:

· Client billing for private pay, VA, and multi-payer accounts 60%

· Processing ACH and credit card payments 15%

· Reviewing schedules and authorizations for accurate billing 10%

· Customer service with clients, families, attorneys, LTC insurance providers, and internal teams 10%

· Administrative support, organization, and process improvement 5%

Qualifications:

· 5-6+ years of billing experience preferred

· Healthcare, home care, medical office, or insurance-related billing experience preferred

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Compassionate and customer-service focused

· Reliable with strong work ethic

· Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality

· Patient, professional, and calm when handling clients and families

· Team player who can work through manual processes and ambiguity

Hourly compensation DOE - $23-26/hr
