Senior Credit Analyst

Kforce is partnering with a client in the greater Saint Louis area to find a Senior Credit Analyst. This role will support credit and collections operations, including receivables monitoring, customer credit analysis, collections activities, and reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing credit limits, supporting process improvement initiatives, analyzing customer account data, and partnering with internal teams to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive timely payment resolution. What you'll do: Manage credit and collections activities, including customer credit reviews, exposure assessments, credit limits, and collection strategies Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on key performance indicators, receivables, aging, DSO, and cash flow metrics Monitor accounts receivable portfolios, identify risks, and drive resolution of outstanding balances Partner with internal teams including Sales, Billing, Legal, and AR to improve payment processes and maintain strong customer relationships Support process improvements, reporting initiatives, and cross-functional projects to enhance department efficiency Assist with policy management, compliance, and team support to ensure business continuit Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of progressive AR, credit, and collections experience (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Experience mentoring, training, or supporting team development preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred Ability to drive process improvements, manage projects, and build strong relationships across teams The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
