Spearhead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents and emerging AI tools to enable agentic, scalable communications capabilities.
Establish AI governance and best practices for AI-enabled, human-inspected workflows.
Develop AI prompt engineering libraries, playbooks, and training to drive AI adoption across Business.
Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.
Support integration of SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities to transform customer communications and onboarding
Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST
