Key Responsibilities

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be essential in providing outstanding care to patients with intricate medical conditions. You will collaborate with a diverse team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Your duties will encompass:

• Evaluating patients' physical and psychosocial conditions using age-appropriate data.
• Conducting continuous assessments and completing necessary documentation.
• Engaging in multidisciplinary care planning.
• Incorporating patient education and discharge planning into care.
• Supporting colleagues in delivering patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current Illinois RN License.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of starting).
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
