We are currently looking for a skilled travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Kansas City, Kansas.

- Location: University of Kansas Hospital, 4000 Cambridge St, Kansas City, KS 66160 (Cambridge Unit)
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Shifts: 10 hours
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology with scrub experience.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in large hospital settings, including peripheral and neurovascular procedures.
- Mandatory: ARRT Radiography certification.
- State License: Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (application can be submitted once an offer is made; starting with a pending KS license is acceptable).
- Floating: May be required to float to Bell IR.
- On-Call: Late call from 5 PM to 9 PM may be required, potentially once a week based on rotation and needs.
- Holidays: Not mandatory; if a holiday occurs on a scheduled workday, holiday pay hours will be deducted from the following pay period.
- Orientation sessions are held every Monday and Tuesday.
- All credentials must be submitted one week prior to the start date on Monday.
- Siemens Systems: Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee (Single-plane, no biplane functionality).
- Emphasis on teamwork in a slower-paced environment.
- Primarily handles neuro cases and light body procedures (e.g., drains, lines, GT tubes).
- Operates 4 rooms, averaging 7-8 light neuro cases and 2 IR cases daily.
- Facility is nicotine-free.
- Bi-weekly pay with an 8-hour non-billable orientation.
- Two cancellations per month allowed with a minimum of 2-hour notice.
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and a 40-hour workweek (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
