Location: Fishersville, VA

About This Role

We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN MD to become part of our expanding team in Fishersville or Harrisonburg. We offer various openings that accommodate both full-time and part-time schedules.

Practice Features

  • Work Environment: Combination of outpatient and hospital settings. Collaborate with a team of 9 physicians, 8 Certified Nurse Midwives, and dedicated support personnel.

  • On-Call Schedule: 1/6 call rotation.

  • Patient Volume: Manage 20-25 patients daily, with approximately 110 deliveries each month.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a collegial medical staff and a broad network for patient acquisition.

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Must be eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.

  • Demonstrated passion for providing advanced care in community settings.

Compensation

Salary Range: $398,518.00 - $418,444.00

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (requires a 2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: $7,500
