Key Responsibilities- Respond to 24-hour call shifts with a 20-minute response time.
- Manage 1 to 2 patients during each call shift.
- Work within a hospital environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in arthroscopy and total joint replacement.
- Handle cases involving fractures, sports injuries, and general orthopedic issues (no spine cases).
- Provide leave coverage as needed.
- Participate in beeper call, responding only when the emergency department requests a consult.
- We negotiate competitive pay rates and ensure weekly deposits.
