Our organization is currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care services in the Philadelphia area.

This position is entirely outpatient, providing robust clinical support and the chance to develop a patient base within a community-oriented health system.

Practice Overview

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania

  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients

  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

  • Focus on preventive care and population health strategies

  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

  • Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions

  • Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

Work Schedule & Call Requirements
  • Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 hours dedicated to patient care

  • Flexible scheduling options are available

  • Minimal on-call duties (1:6 call rotation), primarily phone-based
