Job Description
Our organization is in search of a full-time, fellowship-trained Trauma Surgeon to become part of a dynamic team at a high-volume Level II Trauma Center. This role provides a wide range of emergency general services, trauma management, and acute surgical care in a fast-paced setting. We welcome J1 and H1B applicants to apply.
Job Opportunity Overview- Become a member of a team consisting of 6 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Work 15 shifts monthly, including a mix of day and night shifts
- Participate in one clinic day each week
- Share unrestricted night emergency general surgery backup call
- Engage in a full spectrum of trauma responsibilities (Operating Room, Rounding, Clinic, and Critical Care)
- Utilize robotic technology in acute care surgery
- Co-manage a 16-bed Critical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) alongside Pulmonary and Critical Care specialists
- Serve as Adjunct Faculty for General Surgery Residency
- Utilize EPIC for Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Base salary of $504,797
- Recruitment bonus of $150,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000
