Senior Data Platform Project Manager

Responsibilities

\n
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform projects from planning through implementation.
\n
• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
\n
• Coordinate implementation of modern data platforms and data management solutions.
\n
• Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while ensuring successful execution.
\n
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project delivery using Agile methodologies.
\n
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables.
\n
• Ensure projects follow enterprise governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
\n
• Drive communication across leadership teams and provide regular project status updates.
\n
• Support continuous process improvement and adoption of data engineering best practices.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience delivering enterprise data initiatives.
\n
• Proven experience leading cloud data platform implementation projects.
\n
• Strong understanding of: \n

  • Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture
  \n
  • Data Engineering concepts
  \n
  • ETL / ELT processes
  \n

• Experience managing Agile software development projects.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and complex project dependencies.
\n

Preferred Technical Experience
