We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Bakery Customer Service Associate to join our bakery team. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, assisting with bakery purchases, and helping maintain beautiful, well-stocked displays. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
\n • Assist customers with selecting bakery items and answering basic product questions.
\n • Package, label, and arrange bakery products for display.
\n • Maintain clean, organized, and attractive bakery cases and work areas.
\n • Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and quality.
\n • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
\n • Support the bakery team with daily tasks as needed.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
\n • Strong customer service mindset and passion for helping others.
\n • Comfortable interacting with customers and communicating clearly.
\n • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
\n • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
\n • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
\n • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
\n • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
\n • Ability to work with food products, ingredients, and cleaning agents.
\n • Comfortable performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
