Service BDC Customer Service Rep - Gillman Subaru
\nThe Gillman Companies is an established group of family owned automobile dealerships based out of Houston, TX. \nWe currently have an opportunity available for a Call Center Service Representative. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
\nThe Call Center Service Representative will utilize superb communication skills and professionalism to perform follow-up calls and receive inbound service calls for dealership clients.
\nJob Responsibilities

- Receives inbound client calls for service related issues \n
- Facilitates specific appointments for the service advisors \n
- Dispatches Roadside Assistance/Tow Service \n
- Performs outbound service campaign calls \n
- Follows detailed scripts for inbound/outbound calling \n
- Confirms all scheduled appointments Follows up on 100% of “no show” client appointments \n
- Maintains defined service levels \n
- Attends weekly department meetings \n
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
\nHigh School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
\nOperator's Driver's License (must be insurable), Sales License where required.
