Job Description:
Want to see how the magic happens? We make high-quality meal kits from start to finish, and we are looking for versatile Team Members to join our fast-paced food manufacturing plant.

At this location, we are hiring for three core departments: Kitchen, Production, and Sanitation. Because our business moves fast and our daily orders change, our team members are the ultimate chameleonsready to jump in and support different departments as business needs evolve. We will work with you during the interview process to find the absolute best starting fit for your skills, but you'll get to learn a little bit of everything!

What You'll Be Doing: (The 3 Departments)
1. The Kitchen (Warm & Cold Environments)
The Job: Prepping ingredients from start to finish. You could be seasoning and marinating proteins and veggies, or operating large grills, braisers, and ovens to cook the food.

Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

2. Production (Strictly Cold Environment: 35°F - 40°F)
The Job: Working on a fast-paced assembly line. You will be placing freshly prepared food into trays, portioning meal kits, and operating packaging/sealing machinery.

Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts available.

3. Sanitation (Warm & Wet Environment)
The Job: Keeping our facility spotless and food-safe. You will deep-clean departments, work in the dish room spraying down heavy-duty racks, and scrub cooking trays using hot water.

Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.
