Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Assist patients in achieving functional goals through evidence-based practices.
• Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation is completed.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $26 to $30, which includes productivity incentives, along with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
