- Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Assist patients in achieving functional goals through evidence-based practices.
- Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
- Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation is completed.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic environment.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

The hourly wage ranges from $26 to $30, which includes productivity incentives, along with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
