We are seeking Field Customer Service Representatives in and around zip code 92503 in CA.

Full-time: Office open Monday through Saturday

Part-time positions are also available: Nights, and weekends.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

The role of Field Customer Service Representatives includes:

• Visiting customers to reconnect cable services
\n
• Company-provided tablet and phone will help you manage your daily activities.
\n
• Successful Field Customer Service Representatives work evenings and Saturdays to maximize customer contact.
\n

Qualifications

The candidate we are seeking must have/be:

• Drug-free
\n
• Good driving record
\n
• Proof of auto insurance with your name as an insured operator of that vehicle
\n
• The position is subject to a background check and must receive client approval
\n
• Self-motivated/friendly
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Energy and a desire to be successful.

• Detail-oriented.
