Sales Representative

We’re looking for a self-starter who’s hungry to join a fast-growing software company that’s revolutionizing the dirt-moving industry.

This is a high-impact Account Executive role offering base salary + aggressive commission + stock options.

In this role, you’ll manage a specific region within our Broker Network of short-haul dirt and material trucking companies. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing new business. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a solid network in the construction industry and a track record of success.

Responsibilities:

%CF; Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth

%CF; Manage and develop sales territories

%CF; Build and develop sales support team

%CF; Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers

%CF; Track and analyze sales data and metrics

%CF; Forecast sales and revenue

%CF; Identify and develop new sales opportunities

%CF; Negotiate and close deals

%CF; Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements

%CF; Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects

Qualifications:

%CF; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

%CF; 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success

%CF; Strong leadership and motivation skills

%CF; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

%CF; Ability to work independently and as part of a team

%CF; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s

Compensation Range & Benefits

%CF; Salary $75000 - $95,000.00 w/ guaranteed draw during ramp up

%CF; Aggressive Commission structure – percentage of revenue run through the application

%CF; Participation in Stock Option Program
