Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring a Forklift Operator / Inventory Associate for a well-established winery, offering $21.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. This position is perfect for candidates with forklift experience, inventory control skills, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in a warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move wine products, barrels, bottling materials, and finished goods
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and production materials
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
- Receive, store, and distribute winery supplies and finished products
- Accurately track inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Inspect shipments and materials for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and winery safety regulations
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required
- Previous inventory control and warehouse.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory management systems
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime during peak production and harvest seasons
- $21.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
