Pipe Welder

Immediate need for Pipe Welders who meet the following skill requirements and experience:

\n
• Must have at least (5) years experience as a Pipe Welder in an industrial or marine environmen
\n
• Must be able to qualify using GTAW (TIG) & SMAW (STICK) in 6G restricted position with carbon steel, stainless, & CUNI
\n
• Ability using multi-pass all position fillet and butt welds using SMAW process
\n
• Ability to Mirror weld using SMAW and GTAW welding processes
\n
• Must be able to set wedling equipment parameters for various welding processes.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret blue printsKnowledge of shipboard nomenclature helpful
\n
• Knowledge of Confined Space and Hot Work procedures
\n
• Know & understand torch safety practices (both Oxy/Acyt and Propane)
\n

• Must also be a U.S. citizen or National with CLEAN BACKGROUND
\n
• Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen (hair follicle)
\n
