Staging Operator - Days

Job Description:
Join our production team as a detail-oriented Staging Operator responsible for coordinating and preparing essential materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will follow 3D models to install final componentssuch as cover panels and labelsonto power cabinets, utilizing standard hand tools like drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers. Key responsibilities include sorting and staging materials for the final packaging station, assembling wood pallets, verifying incoming inventory against specifications, and reporting any shortages while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED (technical or trade school background preferred), basic computer literacy, a mechanical aptitude with standard hand tools, and prior experience in material handling, staging, or warehouse operations. This position requires strong manual dexterity, multitasking ability, and the physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, kneel, and climb stepladders.
